    Upload your photos, add the key property details and use our smart tools to help present your home clearly and confidently.

  2. 02 — Go live in 24 hours

    Submit your listing for review and aim to go live within 24 hours.

  3. 03 — Complete required checks

    Once listed, complete your seller AML checks from your dashboard. Viewing requests are unlocked once checks are approved.

  4. 04 — Arrange viewings and consider optional extras

    Registered buyers can request viewings, and you can choose optional services such as a trusted local survey.

  5. 05 — Negotiate or accept an offer

    Receive offers through the platform, respond to buyers and connect with a local advocate, solicitor or conveyancer once you're ready to progress.
